There has been a lot of talk lately about vitamins in skin care. The question is really around whether or not vitamins can be beneficial for long-term skin care and generally younger looking skin. It is a well-known fact that a lack of vitamins in your body you will make your skin looking dry or oily and sometimes very blotchy.
